They're mercenaries. I was an old customer, and every time I took my car in for a tire swap, they offered to change the tires. Even tires with only 10,000-15,000 km on them... I'd declare the mileage and then apologize for the oversight. Once, due to a flat tire, they damaged my tire while repairing it, and I was forced to replace it. After almost 10 years, I went back for an emergency, another flat tire... same thing again... damaged tire, and I'll be forced to replace it. SCAMMERS!

At Laezza, I found not only great professionalism but also a great deal of honesty. After replacing the tires, I also wanted to replace the headlight bulbs on my car, but the manager and his coworker advised me not to; the ones installed were more than sufficient; that's honesty.
