5 stars are not enough to show my appreciation to Nicolo and his staff for saving my motorcycle trip! A serious professional but also a very kind and happy person, he spent the better part of the day working on my bike, despite a seriously injured foot that demanded the use of crutches! My front wheel was losing air (16 year old magnesium) and he was amazingly persistent and meticulous at finding and repairing every spot! I managed to ride another 2K kilometres back home to Greece with no issues. Thanks again for the immaculate quality of service!

I'd also give it six stars. I also had a flat tire with my camper. I stopped by spontaneously. Friendly welcome, looked at the tires right away, ordered new tires, and installed a temporary spare. The next morning, the two new tires arrived and were installed right away! And all at a great price! Thanks to the whole team!

Fantastic service, very fast, absolutely flexible, and excellent, straightforward communication, even in English. Prices were completely justified for this level of service. The staff were incredibly friendly. We urgently needed two new rear tires because, for some reason, they were completely worn out. We received excellent service!

I've never seen such absurd management.
A month ago, I mounted the tires I brought: €15 per tire. I'm coming back today for the front ones, same job, same conditions... and here's the magic: €30 per tire. When I asked why, the answer was that "this way they're going after those who buy online."
So, let's recap: I choose to buy tires wherever I want, I still pay them for the installation... and as a thank you, they double the price. A brilliant strategy: punishing customers who decide to save money. Kudos to you for your "sales policy."
Besides the time wasted waiting, I felt cheated by a reasoning that to call ridiculous is an understatement. In a market where reliability and transparency should make the difference, here, instead, prices change based on personal preference, and the justifications seem like jokes.
The result? A customer lost forever. And I hope others read this review before they fall for it.
