I contacted the seller/owner regarding an ad for original alloy wheels being sold through Subito.it, with photos showing them as like-new. I went to pick them up on site to avoid shipping and additional costs, as well as wasting time with a courier. The product didn't match the photo—they were used and heavily marked, two with distinctive sidewalk nicks. I immediately asked for an exchange, but they were intact and unmarked, or they didn't look like the photos. I asked for a discount, but no luck. I brought in replacements, but they were all piled up and poorly preserved. I took the best I could; due to work commitments, I couldn't immediately carry out the galvanic paint stripping, but once that was done, the wheels (not all) showed further marks. I found a poor description and the photos didn't match the actual product. The photo of the shiny, new painted product only refers to the wheel on display. This is a case of misleading advertising... It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Disorganized workshop, chaotic office, rude staff, annoyed by the presence of customers, inadequate parking for a tire shop.
I went to have my company vehicle changed. It took them 45 minutes to find the keys to the car that needed to be moved because it was blocking the passageway. Meanwhile, new and old tires (presumably for disposal) were scattered everywhere in the parking lot, creating nothing but chaos and inconvenience. (Photo)
I'll suggest we go elsewhere.
