If you know what you want, that's fine, but don't expect them to give you advice. First they give you a price, then they change it. The good thing is that if you order a tire the next day, it's there. So what do you do? You recommend it to a friend because they're in a hurry, and what do they do? They charge a higher price than the same product I bought. That's not good. If you want to build customer loyalty, you have to always treat them the same way, especially if friends refer you. I won't recommend them anymore.
