I should have written this review years ago after a job that was done terribly: all four wheel bolt holes on a new car were scratched during a simple tire change.
I swore I'd never go there again, but following an unexpected incident in the area, I was forced to go to them. This time, they decided to overtighten the wheel bolts, when they should be tightened to 120 NM with a torque wrench, not 300 NM with a pneumatic gun. Plus, they left the anti-theft lug nuts loose, risking losing them.
Today, I took off the wheels to replace the brakes (the discs, coincidentally, were oval), and to say I struggled is an understatement. I had to use a lever over a meter long to get them loose.
Such high torque can damage the brake discs and the hub threads, resulting in a costly repair for the poor guy.
I will definitely never come back after this episode.

I've been in the area recently and had both my cars changed by them. They're always friendly and professional, from the phone assistance to the paperwork.
I've also had a couple of flat tires and warning lights on both vehicles, and I've always been treated well and left with the problem solved. Call before you go; there are busy times when there are reservations for tire changes or other things, and the guys will try to fit you in between appointments or tell you how to get it done or when to come. Of course, if you show up unannounced with an emergency and there are three customers who have reservations, they can't let you go first. Like any other business, that's how it works. They're not an emergency room.

I waited 15 minutes and watched customers and couriers get treated like dirt.
Then it was my turn, and I was no exception: I had a flat tire on my work vehicle, but I was quickly paid off because they didn't have time. Competitors five minutes away, who were kind and had a clean workshop, solved the problem.

Long trip in the Region, with family on board. Accident on the highway. I go out on the normal road, the car starts to make noise. I think maybe it's a tire. I stop at the nearest one. With Maps I find Budrio Gomme open. They receive me and in a few minutes they understand the situation. Car on the bridge and the problem (potentially very dangerous) is found and solved. I left safely and with a lot of gratitude. Nobody works miracles, but finding professionalism and humanity is always a 10. Thank you
