Really very kind, very honest! Even though I live in Turin, I think if I ever need a repair like I did, I'll go to them and get it done! I must also point out that the gentleman who did the repair for me is very nice and truly goes out of his way to help you in any way he can. Very human, a quality I think we really need these days!
