Excellent, competent and human people. Without them I would not have been able to return home if it were not for the tow truck. They gave me a wheel so I could return home. They honestly showed that there are still human people. I highly recommend them.

The worst experience of my life!
Rude, unprofessional tire dealer who, after causing damage in two tire changes, denied everything and refused to admit he was wrong.
During the first tire change, which I had ordered from him and paid €700 (4 Michelins) for a new, 4-year-old car with 35,000 km in near-impeccable condition, I noticed that the supports under the body to lift the car onto the lift hadn't been positioned correctly.
After pointing this out to the young man who was finishing the job, I noticed a large crack in the plastic, which after about 5 months had even widened, as you can see in the attached photos.
After trying to contact the owner, I took the car back to have the tires replaced because it had been impossible to schedule an appointment with him in the previous months.
Just today, he denied that he was the one who caused the damage, cursing repeatedly, and pointed out that there was already a crack on the other side, which I had never seen before, even after checking.
Unable to comprehend that it couldn't have been there before, he didn't realize that he had caused it himself by doing the job poorly and probably using the wrong supports, and he denied everything again.
The irrefutable proof was that it was exactly the same size as the last time and still had the light internal color of the newly broken plastic, while on the other side, after several months had passed, the color had already changed, becoming dark and opening up over a much larger surface.
The same thing will happen on the opposite side in some time. After politely requesting compensation from at least one of the parties, the owner urged me to contact a lawyer because he would never compensate me. He's never made a mistake, having been doing this job for 40 years, and it's just a problem with the Jeep Renegade and the supports near the side members that weren't made properly by the manufacturer.
I'll get to the bottom of this matter, but in the meantime, I hope people, especially all Jeep Renegade owners, are very careful before taking their cars to this tire shop.
Absurd.
