We got a flat tire on the highway, breaking the rim. As soon as they arrived, they immediately got to work finding a solution, and in less than an hour they fixed everything.

I went to them for a simple air conditioning recharge, which cost €140. They recommended I first do a gas leak check for an additional fee (€40). After a month, I discovered that I was no longer getting cold air. When I returned to the shop with the receipt for €180, they told me I had to drop off the car and have the same procedure done, and I'd have to pay another €180!!!
Guys, this is crazy. I can't believe it. How is this possible? If you don't know how to do this type of service, you shouldn't do it!
When I told them it wasn't right, they weren't doing their job properly. Their response was: "Our boss is on vacation. If you come by after July 30th and he decides what to do, so what?" I have to spend another two weeks in 35-degree heat without air conditioning? And with €180 paid for it??? I hope the manager intervenes!
