Today, December 15, 2025, at approximately 3:10 PM, I went to the tire shop where I've been going for a while. I bought tires online (I don't think it was a crime), and after about fifteen minutes, I felt humiliated. An employee, or perhaps the owner, told me they don't mount tires purchased online, and again, "Have them mounted online; we sell tires and mount them." Now, I don't think you exclusively mount your own tires, even though that's not stated anywhere. Plus, you've lost five of my family's customers.

I went to them because they promised me a third Michelin band... Well in the end they put Chinese tires on me... I don't know how honest they are.
