Mixed experience. Even though I was late, they were kind enough to keep the bike so I could change the tires myself due to a puncture. The tires I had brought weren't suitable, so I bought another set from them. The price was perhaps a little higher than average, but I'm not complaining about that. After the tire change, I was called and told that the wheel (spoked) was leaking and therefore the rim seal needed to be replaced. I had to take it to the dealership to have it replaced (an extra €200), and at the dealership I was told that, since it wasn't leaking before the puncture and it was leaking afterward, and even after the tire change, it was highly likely that Pucci Gomme had touched the seal during the tire change, but they didn't take responsibility, nor the blame, nor the resulting extra cost. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back! (Context: Motorcycle from March 2023, seals need to be changed every 5 years, and 2.5 years had passed)
