Bearing KO!
I had previously given this business a positive review, but unfortunately, I'm forced to change my opinion after my latest experience.
While changing the brake pads, the mechanic discovered three stripped bolts while removing the wheels, while I was standing next to him. This made it necessary to replace the entire wheel bearing, at an additional cost of €150.
The owner was helpful, initially trying to accommodate me by replacing only the bolts, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to solve the problem. The fact remains that the damage made a much more expensive repair inevitable.
There was no clarity on who was responsible: the mechanic blamed the tire dealer and vice versa. Despite the competitive prices and positive experiences in the past, this episode has deeply disappointed me and has led me to consider looking elsewhere. It's a shame, because the service had always been excellent until now.

Bolts and woe!
I had the same problem with the bolts... in the end, I had no choice but to replace the entire bearing! Too bad it cost me more, between the mechanic and everything else!

A warm and friendly atmosphere.
Great availability and expertise. They also perform vehicle inspections there, of course. Except for emergencies, all work (repairs, tire changes, balancing, vehicle inspections, etc.) is done by appointment. If you request a quote, advice, or anything else, they'll be provided immediately or as quickly as possible, always keeping quality, safety, and, last but not least, a very competitive price in mind. Wherever the office is located, you can also wait in a warm, comfortable seat; a significant plus, especially in the colder months, with always-serviceable facilities and the option of a coffee. What more can I say? Everything is perfect!
