I'm giving it one star because it's the lowest I can get. I've included a photo of the receipt to prove the authenticity of the purchase. It's true, they've been there for years and may have made a very positive impression on many. I've even been there at least once to get new tires. But something like this has never happened to me before, and I need to share it with anyone who wants to know who they're dealing with. I went to them because I needed 20 bolts to mount some rims on my car. The guy who helped me, who is obviously an employee, was very kind and knowledgeable. Looking at the spacer, he immediately knew which bolts I needed. They'd obviously used them, but bolts are bolts anyway. Then he takes me to the owner, who obviously, since I don't have a lot of money to pay, leaves me waiting for 20 minutes, but that's okay... okay... then finally, after a while, he gives me the bill, among other things asking the guy what kind of bolts they were, and I already knew I was in for a big blow... basically, 50 euros for 20 used bolts, which Amazon sells for 23 euros new... I understood everything. I pay because I was also tired of being there and I needed the bolts... But then I realized the mediocrity of this situation... I also wanted to put new tires there, but I'm looking elsewhere... and to anyone who asks, I'll tell me what happened to me...

I used the service to have my car inspected about a month ago: the staff was friendly, punctual, and honest. I inquired about further possible repairs and received clear and courteous responses, which are definitely not to be taken for granted, especially in the Morori area. The building's location is strategic, as it's on the main road, at a point connected to the expressway.
