On the road traveling around Italy and needed a small fix on a cigarette lighter fuse to be replaced. They were helpful, quick and prompt fix and back on the road. Since we tend to rely on our mobile phones and google maps to get us along the road, a ongoing charge from the cigarette lighter is a necessary evil on the road, along with gas and aircon. Thumbs up for this place and their courtesy support to a non-Italian.

I called and was told I could come by to show the car. I showed up as agreed, but once I arrived, I was told they had no more time. They were available on the phone, but not in person. I'm not very white, and the coincidence left me with a bad feeling. A disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Disappointing!
I'll start by saying that I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one deserves it. I went there to replace the tires on my Ford Connect, and when I handed over the keys, I was advised to tighten the wheel nuts to 110/120 Nm. Well, after a few days, I calmly checked them with a torque wrench, and at 210 Nm (maximum scale, for trucks), they still wouldn't engage. I tried unscrewing them with a Phillips wrench, but it was impossible. I managed with a 1.5-meter, heavy (89 kg) pipe, and with difficulty unscrewed them. This way of tightening the wheels, besides ruining the threads at a considerable expense, means that if you need to replace a flat tire on the road, you're forced to call a tow truck. And that's not all: with a certified electronic pressure gun, the pressure had been set differently for each wheel, from 2.40 to 2.80 bar. I asked to inspect the work (due to another bad experience with another tire shop), but they weren't allowed. I have three other cars that need tires fixed, and I'll only have them done where I have them right in front of me to see what they do. Be careful.
Response from the owner:
We're sorry for what happened. We invite you to stop by the shop as soon as possible to inspect the vehicle.
The checks you want done now should have been done when you replaced my tires, and what bothers me even more is that I specifically asked to tighten the lug nuts with a torque wrench and not with a pneumatic gun with truck torque wrenches, so much so that it seemed like a disservice. You clearly don't need new customers and tire shops who work professionally; there are some with conscience and respect for the customer. You'll definitely never touch my cars again!

I had to change the tires on my motorcycle, but they did almost €200 in damage to the bike. I fell over and they fixed it terribly. I'll be back on Monday to get a refund.
The damage amounts to plastics bought used and not new, a broken taillight that was bought the wrong one and used, a non-functioning front parking light that was attached with glue that came off after 100 meters, and indicators that were attached haphazardly. €250 worth of tires but €200 in damage.
