EMBARRASSING. My car was towed on the Settevene-Palo road on Sunday, June 15th. I was promised that it would be delivered to the garage in Civitavecchia the following morning by driver Daniele. The following morning, the car wasn't at the garage. I called the office, who told me the driver had missed work and that it would definitely be delivered that afternoon after I explained the address and name of the garage again. That afternoon, the car didn't arrive. I called the office again, who told me they were sure the driver would arrive but assured me that the car would definitely be delivered the next morning at 9:30, telling me there was no need for me to provide the mechanic's phone number. The next day at 12:15, with the garage having closed at 12:00 and still not seeing the car, I called the office again. They told me the driver was on the way and that, with the garage now closed, they would contact him to have it stored in Civitavecchia with guaranteed delivery that afternoon. At 12:50, the driver called me asking where the garage was because he had the wrong address. The receptionist told me they forgot to call the driver. The car is in storage in Civitavecchia, and I'm expecting it to be delivered that afternoon, but it hasn't arrived. On Wednesday morning, I called the receptionist in Civitavecchia, who told me the car had been delivered. I went to the garage, but the car wasn't there. I called the receptionist in Civitavecchia, who told me they had mistakenly booked another car. At 12:15, the car arrived. AN ODYSSEY. Unfortunately, you can't file a complaint for missed delivery times, but what I can do is write this review to warn anyone reading this to never contact this company, or you'll lose your health.

I highly recommend this business, especially for the professionalism and skill of the mechanic. I live very far away, I've changed three mechanics and no one could give me a serious and decisive answer to any problem with my car. He was the only one who immediately found the problem. My compliments to him as always for his honesty. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Maybe they have more than one store, I went to Via Aurelia here I found a workshop with roadside assistance. The lady at the switchboard is always very helpful!
