We mounted tires that were different from our usual ones, Barum 4-season tires. We'll see how they perform over time. Excellent value for money. There's no dialogue with the person doing the work. Head down and always forward. Work done professionally, precisely, and meticulously.

I requested tire mounting using No Level equipment (which they have) and that nothing touch the rims, as they had been repainted and treated with a clear coating film. I made it clear on three different occasions that the requested procedure was necessary: when I contacted them to ask if they had "No Level" equipment, when I scheduled an appointment, and when I brought the tires and rims. They reassured me each time. However, things went differently... as you can see from the attached photo. It's clear that the fault isn't the employee's, but the owner's, who didn't explain how to proceed. The fact remains that the first rim was damaged due to the failure to use the necessary bushings to prevent contact with the surface. The second rim, however, was not damaged because they finally used the correct bushings. Given the results and my lack of trust, I went to another tire dealer for the remaining two rims.
