Arriving from France, I got a flat rear tire at Grosso's around 11:10 a.m. (50 minutes before closing time).
I was warmly welcomed and promptly attended to, and they told me to come back at noon!!!
Not even 30 minutes later, I saw my car leaving intact, with a low price that was more than reasonable considering the quality of the work and the speed.
Thank you for your great professionalism and responsiveness, and I'll be happy to come back.

I contacted Mr. Grosso for the tire change asking how much it would cost. I was told €40 when I went to collect the car. They asked me €65 only because two tires were new and bought online. I don't dispute the fact that fitting tires bought online is more expensive, but this must be specified when requesting the cost of the service.
