HORROR! RISK! Never again, never again!
Luigi was my trusted tire dealer for years, unfortunately, the last time I was approached by a secretary (his daughter, I'd say) who recommended the ContiRoad 4 for the GS, saying it was the new model of the Attack 3... and that it cost €100 more than the 3... blessed!!!
I risked my life. After 3-4,000 km, the front tire was still in good condition, while the rear one had gone beyond the canvas, risking a blowout... Come on, you can't do that, or he'd put a defective tire on me... it was a real attack!

In July, I installed four new all-season tires. The guy, probably because he used the wrong socket, rounded off 10 of the 20 wheel nuts. They ordered them and replaced them all. During the job, I noticed they were tightened all the way down with the pneumatic gun, not fully tightened with the torque wrench. I thought, "They must have an adjustable torque gun," and I sat there in silence. Thursday, the 6th, at the mechanic's to check the brakes, we noticed that the nuts and studs were damaged. They needed new ones. The traction was excessive. My thoughts turned to my poor alloy wheels, and how they must have been damaged. I stopped by to politely explain the problem; I was quickly dismissed by the owner, who asserted that the job was done expertly and with a torque wrench. He was elsewhere during the job, working on a motorcycle. I'll never return.
