I went this morning to have my tires rotated, only to discover that less than a year ago, they left my worn rear tires on my car, causing me to risk my life while driving for several months! Furthermore, the employee who changed my tires cursed at me when he saw them. Only afterward did I get furious with the same employee who was trying to calm me down, but by then the mess had already been made. The professionalism of some of your employees puts the lives of their customers at risk. Imagine if a tire burst on the highway, right now I'd be three meters under the ground. You're out of town, I'll only come back for the tire rotation, then I'll look for a more reputable company!

Unlike a colleague in the area, Cisco Tires
were magnificent, extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. They fixed my tire and I was on my way. It's a shame they can't give more stars!!
