Not recommended. I purchased four truck tires two months ago. They arrived on time, but after three days, one of them fell apart. I've sent several emails from their website, reporting the problem, but have received no response. No one ever answers the reference number. As for customer service, they're terrible.

Extremely professional and competent people. I purchased four Tomket tires for my Opel Corsa. After installing them, the car started to vibrate, but I didn't think anything of it, blaming it on the poor quality of the tires. After a year, the situation worsened, so I decided to contact them. They immediately invited me to their Fisciano location, where a very skilled tire dealer (Paolo) found an oval tire. He replaced it immediately, and the car was perfect again. Kudos to everyone, always helpful and friendly.

I ordered 2 tires, they never arrived, I kindly ask for an immediate refund CE 661847250 the tracking code never arrived, all for 200 euros. Never in my life has something like this happened to me, if I hadn't called every day I would never have heard anything. This is the message then I'll call you on Monday. I'm sorry, that's not how it works.

Bad experience with purchase and customer service I ordered some tires but, by mistake, selected the wrong model. I immediately requested a cancellation, but was offered the correct model at the same price. I accepted, but upon delivery, one of the tires was the wrong one. I contacted customer service, and was asked to pay an additional fee to receive the correct model. I therefore decided to return everything at my own expense. The return was delivered (I have tracking), but after several days, the refund was still blocked because the package had not been registered. In my case, the after-sales service was disappointing and unclear. I am considering filing a dispute through PayPal.
