Maybe they're good, and I'll never know. What I know for sure is that they're disorganized. I make an appointment by phone on November 26th, and the secretary gives me an option for the 30th at 8:00 AM. I arrive, there's no reservation, and what do they ask me? Are I sure I've booked? I'll leave and look for a more reliable service, one that might think it made a mistake and try to offer the client options. They definitely have enough work and don't need any more clients.

Normally, I change my summer and winter tires myself, but this time, as I also wanted to get wheel alignment done, I went to this shop. The job was done perfectly and quickly, but then I was hastily paid off. I had to go into the shop and go to the tire dealer who did the work for me to get information on the wear condition of the tires I'd just removed. For the price I paid (€80), they could have taken a minute and given me the information without me having to ask. Let's just say that improving this aspect would secure the 5 stars. I came back for a puncture and they did the job perfectly, quickly, and professionally.

Certainly efficient at work, but for me that's not enough. With the customer, even if you do a simple convergence, on which you spend quite a bit—because 40 euros is not a small fee—you must always be polite and kind, not rude or impolite, even if it's a Friday and you're tired. I feel sorry for you, you're not the only ones in the Forlì area.
