Good value for money for the car wash, the only flaw is that if there are rates for small, medium and large cars, I don't understand why a bmax (409 cm, as big as a fiesta) pays the same as a large car.

Arrived at 11:42 a.m. to have my scooter inspected.
I was told, somewhat rudely, to come back in the afternoon as there was a time limit.
Closing was scheduled for 12:00 p.m.
I asked the employee if they could kindly do the inspection for me since I couldn't come back in the afternoon.
Negative, sent home.
Perhaps 15 minutes would have been enough to get everything done instead of arguing.
That didn't happen.
Oh well... most likely, and fortunately, it means they have plenty of work to do.
Personally, I would never turn away a customer who shows up at 11:42 a.m. when closing is at 12:00 p.m.
Customer lost forever.
I'll go get my scooter inspected elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a negative review, even though I regret doing so. The garage is located behind a petrol station, with an entrance that is not very convenient but still reachable. However, once inside, it is difficult to understand whether it is a car wash, a garage or a tyre shop, but you know, spaces are what they are and I am not here to judge this aspect
I have always used the services of this garage for my Arval long-term rental car, mainly for changing the tyres. In the past, there have been episodes in which an employee moved my car with dirty gloves, but I have always overlooked these inconveniences.
This time, however, my experience was decidedly worse. I took the car for maintenance following a malfunction. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that it had been parked under a tree, and the passenger seat was full of leaves and debris because, unfortunately, the passenger window had been left open. However, I overlooked this detail, thinking it could happen, and started driving.
The most serious problem arose at the first traffic light: I turned towards the back seats and discovered that they were completely disassembled and piled up between the front and back seats. When I returned to the garage to ask for explanations, I was told that there were two people before me and that I should wait, not caring in the least about the Recaro inconvenience. Unable to wait due to urgent commitments, I had to reassemble the seats myself, calmly and patiently, that same evening.
Despite everything, I still did not receive any call from the garage to apologize or offer explanations. In short, I found a lack of care and disorder that I cannot ignore.
I hope this review will be an inspiration to the owners to do better and guarantee a better service
