I contacted them on behalf of a client of mine who had a flat tire in the area. They were prompt, helpful, and performed the repair with great professionalism, charging a more than fair price—which, unfortunately, isn't always a given, even among colleagues. Highly recommended.

Mechanically unreliable. I brought a van in months ago for a service, new at 12,000 km because it said "replace engine oil"! Today, 19,000 km, the oil light says "replace engine oil"—are you kidding?? Terrible and unreliable.

I stopped by to see how much I had left on the rear of the Tracer, and in no time I had the transmission replaced with some splendid T31s. The staff were very kind, friendly, and professional, with the bikes in full view and no problem explaining the steps. Give your bikes to someone who rides because they'll take good care of them. Highly recommended!!!
