I had a punctured tyre and just made it to this tyre shop. They immediately took off the tyre and checked for the leaks. Turned out beyond repair, next day they had the replacement tyre and fitted it.

We rented two Vespas to explore the surrounding area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even got some route suggestions for maps. A great way to explore the wine region. Excellent service. THANK YOU!

They say they close at 7 PM, but I arrive at 6:30 PM and ask if they're still open. The response was arrogant and rude: they said no, even though the stated closing time is 7 PM. Evidently, they didn't want to stay until the stated time this time. If they close whenever they want, it would be appropriate to update the official hours. In any case, a little politeness and professionalism wouldn't hurt. (1 star, because 0 wasn't possible.)

Simply perfect.
I have a Mini with very special tires, 18 inches, low profile...
The moral of the story is, I had a transverse joint in Alba, on Corso Europa, and after a few kilometers, the tire pressure monitoring system told me the pressure in the right front tire was zero. (A "bump" had formed on the side of the tire.)
I was stranded.
The car doesn't have a spare tire...
I called Pneus Service, so they came to pick me up with a temporary tire, changed it on site, and once I had arrived at the garage, they changed the tire.
By the way, they had a tire in stock that matched the ones on my car.
Everything was done very quickly, and with great courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more.
And... it wasn't a rip-off! On the contrary,
I passed with flying colors.

You rarely meet such arrogant, rude and disorganized people. They tell me the day before I bring and leave the tires with them that they will change them, but when I bring them they ask me if they come from the landfill, perhaps because they expected me to take the tires to the laundry first, then they complain that there are too many (2 sets of winter tires to be mounted on rims instead of summer ones) and they don't have time or space and send me elsewhere. Luckily there are other much more professional and kind tire dealers in the area who make up for their inadequacy.
Not recommended.
