I changed tires at affordable prices... the guy who helped me was very kind and knows his stuff... (Andrea) despite the difficulty in fitting the tires due to the low sidewall, he rolled up his sleeves and fixed some small errors... my mechanic recommended this tire dealer to me and I will do the same thing with my acquaintances... see you soon...

Shortly before lockdown, my tire stranded. Since I was in the area, they recommended stopping by here, and I used the excuse to get my car washed. After a couple of hours, I picked it up and was told there was a nail, and they removed and repaired the tire. A day later, I noticed the hubcap (worth €40) was missing, and a month later, the tire stranded again. I took it to the nearest tire shop where I was at the time (central Rome), and they showed me that the nail was still there, even though only the strap had been put on the first time. In short, I spent almost €100 in total between the first time here, the hubcap, and the second tire shop, who actually removed the nail. Luckily, it was just a nail... (The wash was impeccable, anyway.)

I'm sorry to say this because I've known Pietro for a while, he's gone a little soft. I went to swap tires, and besides waiting over half an hour for one of his subordinates because he was doing another car, while the latter had told me five minutes I'll finish...
When he then did the swap, I told him to inflate the tires, but I don't think he had done it, and that disappointed me first. Then I asked Pietro a few questions, but he's always very elusive or too busy on the phone. We can't talk. I'll have to find someone else.

I've used an exterior-only car wash twice. The service was slow, and the line management was a bit confusing. You'd expect at least some thoroughness in return, but they don't even finish drying, leaving streaks everywhere. I tried a third time and noticed some improvement, but one of the guys who cleans is perpetually annoyed.
