I went to Euromaster Iperpneus Imola for a tire change and regular service. The experience was overall very positive: the staff was helpful and competent, the work schedule was respected, and the quote was clear and in line with expectations. The workshop is well organized and the service has proven reliable. They give the impression of working with professionalism and customer service, without excessive formality.

Top-notch service in record time. After a tire blowout on the highway, we were brought here by tow truck. Only the break cost us time, but we also had lunch at the yard. After opening, we were back on the highway 30 minutes later with two new tires. Thanks to the competent ladies who drove the car into the shed for us without damaging the rims and for the immediate, quick tire change.

Terrible experience in an emergency situation. Exorbitant price (€680) for just a tire inflation and replacement of two sub-brand tires! We have to give one star...but that's too much!
