Tire balancing work was poorly done. They said the new rims I purchased elsewhere were damaged, so they offered me theirs. I took the same rims to the manufacturer, and another tire dealer confirmed they were perfect. They had been disassembled, reassembled, and balanced with minimal weight, and they had no defects.
