One star because it's the lowest you can get. Prices are out of line. Avoid.
I brought a burned-out light bulb, a standard €1 halogen bulb on Amazon, but I urgently needed to replace it for a nighttime trip. Price? €10... more than an LED bulb?!?
I asked for an explanation and was told it would cost €20 with labor, for a 10-second job?!
I thanked them, returned the bulb, and left. I ordered ORIGINAL BOSCH bulbs on AMAZON for €2.19 for a PAIR (about €1 each), and they'll arrive the day after tomorrow when I return. Shipping included.
Tonight I'll be traveling with a dead headlight, and I prefer it that way.
Again, avoid. Prices are out of line and out of line.

I called to ask about the cost of mounting and dismounting new tires brought in by me, and the secretary asked her colleague, who told me it was €35. I got there and saw on the poster that it was €40 + €25 surcharge for new tires brought in by the customer. I immediately asked the employee who was there while the other one went to get my car to bring it in for the change. The first one told me he'd ask at the office and let me know, and then he went off to do something else. I stayed there and told him I was waiting for him to tell me before doing the job, so he sent me to the office to ask. I went in, and there were four guys all on their computers, no one looked at me or said hello. I asked who I should contact, and one of the guys, annoyed, then told me it was actually €40 + €25 (surcharge). I pointed out that they had told me €35 on the phone, and he replied, reiterating the €40 + €25. I left and they had already brought the car in for a tire change. Everyone was very nice on the phone, but out of eight people there, I never received a hello or a smile.
Very rude behavior. If I call to ask for a quote, they should at least give me a fair estimate and not leave customers with any surprises.
FURTHERMORE, THEY LEFT SEVERAL WHITE FINGERPRINTS IN VARIOUS PLACES INSIDE THE CAR (fabric seats, armrests, etc.) that are hard to remove. First time I've been there and definitely the last!! Even for a simple tire change, they managed to dirty my car—absurd.
