Dishonest. I booked an appointment to have the wheel alignment done because I had changed the tie rods and the ball joints. I sent my wife. They basically wanted to know which parts had been changed because otherwise they wouldn't be able to start. I was in contact with my wife by phone. As soon as they got an answer, they said something was wrong. There were three of them on one wheel. They basically showed my wife that the ball joint wasn't screwed into the tie rod. My wife asked how it was possible to steer and therefore arrive at the shop like this, the answer was: by a miracle, ma'am. (The car had been running smoothly for 3 days). My wife asked how it was possible that the mechanic had forgotten, and the explanation was that: by mistake, the tie rod was screwed in first, and then, when screwing the ball joint into the tie rod, the tie rod came loose (even though they have the same thread pitch). Illogical stuff. My wife told them to leave it alone and the mechanic will come, to which they said: no ma'am, we'll fix it. Of course, I had to redo the alignment because it was pulling to the right like before, and the steering was also crooked. In my case, it wasn't just a matter of cunning, but pure malice. Probably because I was seeing a woman, and a foreigner at that. I was truly disappointed.
