They couldn't handle a 10-minute emergency (one flat tire).
I went to them (Baraldi Tires) at 6:00 PM and they sent me back to 8:00 AM because they didn't have time. I arrived at 7:50 AM and was told that I had to leave the car there anyway and it would be ready by the evening. For a flat tire, do I have to sleep in the car overnight and wait until the next evening? Zero management and humanity. Terrible experience. I've never had anything like this happen. I strongly advise against going there if you have an emergency (Baraldi Tires). I left disappointed with them and went to another, the first one I found nearby. He was kind and gave me my car in twenty minutes even though they were full of tire changes. He told me that emergencies should always be handled by a serious and humane tire dealer.

Professional and courteous with customers, they are always available to offer advice on various situations. The staff in charge of the work is also excellent, very professional.
