Very helpful staff, the workshop manager is a bit on his own, but proves to be very competent. My experience repairing a wheel was more than satisfactory, recommended both for time and cost.

I had a great time. Very kind people. I started with tires and now I'm very happy with mechanics.

Absolutely to be avoided at least for mechanical work or maybe I was unlucky but in any case the unlucky one has nothing to do with common sense and a lack of professionalism. Last year I took the car to change a boot on the CV joint on the steering side. I went to pick up the car and it was all jerky and it was jumping from the bonnet. I went back realizing that the joint hadn't been inserted properly. They told me that the car had been tested and incredulous they told me to leave it to see. I came back the next day and asked what had happened and he laughingly told me that the joint hadn't been inserted properly. From then on, the car no longer turns as before. Every now and then when I turn the steering wheel it gives me jerks on the side where the work was done. I confidently went back last week again after a year to change a boot, this time on the other side of the car, on the outside of the wheel, and I told them to also change a steering strut rod since the rubber was damaged. I brought the car on Tuesday and went to pick it up on Wednesday evening as soon as I turned on the ignition, surprise ABS ESP braking system go to the workshop and the steering wheel is hard, I show them to them, amazed, he looks at me, but I had tried it, everything was fine, but try it, take a spin, you'll see, it resets, after a spin, nothing automatically, I remember the story from last year, I go back and tell them, for me, they gave me hammer blows and the ABS sensor is damaged, I tell them, I'm not interested, you fix it, I leave it there and go home. I'll come back later because I live near the garage, all the cars inside are closed, my car is outside unattended, early Thursday morning, even before opening, his wife, who is at the office, calls me without even saying hello, "the car is ready" I tell him good morning, ma'am, actually, everything is fine, I'll pass by this evening, I pass by Thursday evening, still laughing, Mr. Rizzi, he tells me I didn't do anything, I told you it resets, this time I'm amazed, I take the car and I want to head home, I don't even go 200m, everything turns on again, I go back, he still does but I tried it, I'm speechless, he takes the wheel off, from a blow to the sensor, the test... same as before, I go The tester revs, resets, resets, nothing, come tomorrow, that is, Friday... Friday he sent me a message, the car will be ready tomorrow morning, I'll be back Saturday morning, closed, his wife was waiting for me to deliver the car, so what was the sensor? And she who basically orders the stuff tells me, but you know, I honestly don't know. I want to clarify something, the car is a Mercedes E-class, it's true, it's from 2006, but it's been kept obsessively, the interior is light gray, when I brought it, I put a bag on the seat and over the carpet at the feet I put rubber mats specifically to protect it. At the end of this review I will attach photos of how I found the car and the steering wheel sticking to my hands from the dirt despite the fact that I warned him to be careful, especially since the work was being done abroad. Someone may say why I didn't go to Mercedes because going there was more convenient and then I didn't think that changing a headset would involve all this mess and a week's time from my point of view is called incompetence. I picked up the car, I have to redo the work, and I have to clean it inside hoping to succeed since there is some black stuff like Vaseline. SPEECHLESS, you be the judge after all this, not even an excuse. I recommend always being careful where you take the car, customers are bought in my case not only that I lost out, I'm thinking of filing a serious complaint too.

I had a great experience with the friendly, helpful, punctual, and efficient staff. I replaced the timing belt and various other parts on my Abarth. The job was done perfectly on the same day. I can only recommend them and will definitely be back in the future for more work.
