Our tire got damaged while driving on the autobahn to Milano, we got towed here and after a short wait our tire was changed within 15 minutes. They also made sure nothing else was damaged and gave really good advice. Very nice service and fair prices. Totally satisfied

I am, or rather, I was, a loyal customer of this tire shop. Since 2011, I've been bringing my car in every six months to get my summer tires swapped for winter tires and vice versa. Every six months since 2011, and never had any problems, except for the slightly higher prices compared to other tire shops, but since I live across the street, I was happy with it. Last week, I called to book yet another tire change, but since the winter tires I was using were near the end of their lifespan, I purchased a set of all-season tires online to replace them. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and impolite. After asking me a thousand questions to figure out what kind of tires they were, she refused to give me an appointment, telling me they wouldn't fit tires that weren't purchased from them. I should point out that since 2011, I've never bought tires from them; I always bought them online and had them fitted, and in fact, this girl's response completely shocked me. Dear BF Gomme, is this the way to treat a loyal customer of yours who used to leave you €80-90 every 6 months??? Never again!

The lady in the office was very rude...
I went to get my summer tires changed and was mistreated by her...
There were like 5-6 people waiting, and I went in to ask if I could get in line too.
As soon as I asked, she asked me some absurd questions, maybe to get me to go, I still don't understand that...
-Did you buy the tires from us? The most important question.
-What brand are the tires?
-What year were the tires?
-They should have made sure the tires were "original" because they didn't sell them.
Granted, I had Michelle Primacy 4s, not a Chinese one... I mean, why do tire dealers now "have a hard time" fitting tires that weren't sold by them?
For what reason???
So...
First of all, dear lady, tires can be bought online now...as long as the DOT isn't from four years ago.
Second, it's obvious that if I find a Michelin online for €100, I'd rather buy it that way than come to you and pay €150 (or more).
That is, adding €200 to the tire installation fee plus labor seems a bit excessive to me.
I bought four Michelin tires online for less than €400...you can see for yourself...
Third, a customer is always treated with kindness, even if they ask what time it is.
