I call to find out how much it costs to remove summer tires and put on winter ones. The woman on the phone tells me she has no idea how much it costs and that I have to stop by to find out. I tell her it's not convenient for me to stop by and that I would drive there myself, but only if I were sure they could do the job. I suggest she check with someone else and let me know how much it costs. But no, she says there's no way to know how much it costs.
They may be good at their job (in the workshop), but my experience with them ends there, and I will certainly never consider becoming their customer again.
Edit: After my review, the owner responds accusing me of being rude to the answering machine. Ridiculous, and yet another demonstration of commercial incompetence, this time compounded by dishonesty, because I was very polite with the receptionist (in fact, I think almost anyone would have been much less polite, calling to find out roughly the cost of a service and being told "I have no idea").
I hope for their customers that the staff in the workshop is better than the ones on the phone and behind the keyboard.
Edit 2: After my first edit to the review, which was detailed and polite, the edit to the response promptly arrived, rude to the point of a lawsuit (they should go to a psychologist, at this point I think it might be useful), even more disingenuous than the first (no one asked me to leave a number or email address so they could contact me; I have NEVER used rude tones or words, as they are doing in this exchange).
They confirm that this is a business best avoided.
Now, I'm sure that such puerile characters will respond to my review once again, inventing new ridiculous lies. But that's it, I've written what I had to write, now let them have their fun. I'm sure the reader is smart enough to understand where the truth lies.

I brought my slightly older car to them for a tire change and service. They gave me a general checkup of the entire car, which unfortunately my trusted mechanic has always done very superficially, which is why I wanted to trust them. They explained everything to me with extreme clarity and detail when I returned it, and they were even kind enough to fix the front grille that kept falling off, even though I hadn't even mentioned it. I was truly pleased and amazed by their kindness, customer service, and speed. I felt truly welcomed and reassured, and from now on I know I'll be able to turn to them whenever I have any problems. I truly sensed professionalism and reliability. Thank you so much and congratulations on your work 😊

BEWARE! They told me they'd put Michelin tires on me (€600 for four new ones). An hour later, I come back and find four Riken tires on my tires. Keep your eyes peeled!
