Unacceptable experience.
1. Unprofessional communication and lack of courteous language to foreign clients
2. Parts listed without sufficient justification
3. No respect for punctuality
Meanwhile, you will see how they treat the client from the replies, great BMW service in Italy, especially in Milan and this location .

I repaired the car here last week, the car repair experience is too bad, the service attitude is not good, the repair time is really too long,when I got my car which is repaired,the result was even more infuriating. The broken parts of the car were not repaired, but the good parts were destroyed deliberately .Everyone must pay attention to this when repairing the car here. I will never come back again,hope the manage team will see my opinion and improve the training of the staff,thank god!!

Arranged the repair of my BMW i3 professionally, with photos taken beforehand, a clear itemised quote, and genuine BMW parts used. Recommended.

I arrived on Monday 7:30 am with my 6-series and serious electrical problems at this dealer.
(The Car stopped several times in the night before on highway. Empty battery, malfunctions, no light at night! And there were still 400km to come home).
Completly rude staff; told me I should leave and return at 10:00. They didnt care I could get stuck in the morning traffic jam.
They even didnt let me leave the car there. As less they did want to check the error-message-log or even charge the battery!
I should leave "They have clients" (while there was never more than one single client every full hour while 3 employes were present - not busy at all)
After more than 2 hours of waiting (outside in the cold entry-hall), without any help and they become even more rude - I left and luckely reached help on a free workshop.
This behavaior is inacceptable - No trace of premium service and...I was with a 150K car there!
My local companion was also surprised about this rudness.
I will report this case to BMW Munich. Never ever again!
After the comentary of the owner add: No entry was offered and rude means the language, intonation, face expression and ignoring people.
The reaction on my rating shows, that this company doesnt know how to handle critics in a professional way nor add any value or learnings in it...just to obscure the facts.

We jumped in in a very quiet moment just to have a look at a few models and their internals. The sales clerk was very nice and supported us throughout the visit.
