Commendatore Paolo and his crew sorted us out when all others failed. Having tyre problems in the middle of a road trip, he managed to source some very rare and obscure sizes for us and fitted them with absolute professionalism the same day. Could not recommend highly enough

Avoid this place like the plague. They put our tires in storage only never to return them nor reimburse us for them. They wanted us to pay for new tires they never gave us. They asked for a restockage fee of 10% and then reneged on it asking us to pay the entire amount for tires we didn't need. Then told us they were holding our tires in storage hostage. How dishonest! This is a tire place and are their relationships with their tire suppliers so bad they can't return unsold new tires? Then they call to threaten us for posting this review. I would be very careful about doing business with such people.

The WORST service attitude ever! Do not go!!!!! The woman at the office was extremely rude and just wasn't in the mood of doing her job, we had been there for 5 minutes and she was almost screaming at us only because we didn't remember exactly the measurements of our tires...

This morning I had a flat tire, and the tire dealer recommended by the leasing company's operations center told me he wouldn't take my car back until the snow tires were in the process of being changed. Then I met Elena, who works at Euromaster Locatelli, and it was a completely different story: kind and ready to find concrete solutions. Thank you so much, Elena!!!

I changed two tires last year, €400, everything was fine. I stopped this morning with a flat tire, asking to re-inflate it. Virtually without being listened to, I was dismissed with a "I can't do it now." Congratulations, lost customer.
