After waiting a month and a half to replace my summer tires with winter ones, and spending €80 (the owner blamed it on buying the tires online), a few months later I discovered I'd lost a wheel nut that had evidently not been tightened properly.
According to the owner, a mysterious thief had stolen it (the anti-theft device, of all places!), leaving the other four nuts and the wheel there!

RUDE AND DISCREET OWNER. When I went to have my car inspected, they told me the tires on my car didn't match those listed in the manual. I made an appointment to have them checked, and he gave me an appointment the following week. When I showed up, he said, "The guys aren't here today, we can't do anything." Shame on me.

I've always considered myself a "car fanatic"... that is, before buying or doing anything, I study, read, and learn until I'm exhausted, as well as memorizing various opinions from industry experts.
Having said that, this morning I had the misfortune (for the last time, of course) of having new rims fitted to my car (remember it? A White Abarth).
Quite simply, I needed to put the tires I currently have on the new rims, along with (obviously) balancing them.
After 2 hours, I went to the garage to pick up my car, but the "professional" gave me the unpleasant news that those rims (to my immense surprise) wouldn't fit my car, for two main reasons: 1. The centering rings were larger than the car's hub. 2. The rim's entry holes didn't match (misaligned) with the car's hub hole.
I was told those rims were for a Grande Punto (even if that were the case, Grande Punto rims are 4x100, and with floating bolts, the problem doesn't exist) and that they couldn't be mounted in any way.
Now, I don't consider myself a mechanical prodigy, much less enlightened by wisdom, but how do you explain that in exactly 10 minutes in the garage (with not even optimal lighting, to be honest) I managed to mount the rim to see if what I was told this morning was true? I'm attaching photos of the centering ring (which was said to be "dancing" on the hub) and of the rim MOUNTED WITH BOLTS. Obviously, tomorrow I'll go to another tire shop to have the tire mounted... NEVER AGAIN 🤞🏽 (oh, obviously, it's also super expensive)
EDIT: Unfortunately, I can't attach the photos because Google doesn't allow it. If you'd like to see them, just let me know and I'll email you everything.

This person is unreliable, and I'm talking about an eighty-year-old. I left my tires in storage for an annual fee of €20. I asked for a receipt, but he didn't give it to me, telling me there were no problems.
I went back to pick up the tires a little over a year ago, and he told me he threw them away and couldn't find them. I had to call the police, but two days later my tires reappeared.

I booked a tire change a month ago. I showed up at the appointment time and was told that due to "unforeseen circumstances," they couldn't do the job that day. They told me to reschedule, but AFTER a minimum of 7 days. This kind of poor service is intolerable, considering I also had to purchase suitable snow chains. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
