I've personally spent thousands of euros on tires with them, because I replace them every two years, regardless of their condition, on all the family cars... And I'm being treated this way? At prices that not even the official Ducati dealer in Ancona, working with white gloves in a workshop that looks like an operating room, would dare offer me? Are you kidding me? Raising the price by 50% overnight and mistreating a loyal customer, even telling him I was lucky? I don't know what happened, but being treated like a "joker," after years, for quickly replacing two tires without even removing them from the bike is simply a great lack of respect and will surely have repercussions on me and all the friends I sent them when I chose one of their competitors. And if we want to be completely honest, these self-styled professionals didn't install the valve cap on the front wheel, and the weight wasn't properly glued to the rim, with a bridge-like bulge in the center; it would have come unstuck with water after the first wash. If you have to work with jeweler's prices, you have to be capable.
