Courteous, clear, efficient, helpful, and professional. I called to schedule an appointment to have my motorcycle inspected. They told me I could come by in the afternoon. I specified that I was coming from out of town due to work. I arrived a little late, so I asked and specified that in that case I would come over in the following days (they were busy at the time). They were available immediately, and told me there were no problems, to wait a moment because they were finishing up a car. I have called them several times for motorcycle and car inspections. I must say that they do good work with quality and are quick and effective in solving problems just in time. Well done.
