While removing the balance weights, the wheels on my car were damaged. The wheels were in perfect condition before the work. Afterward, I found myself with obvious marks left by the removal of the weights. It's frankly absurd that such a simple operation was performed so superficially. When working on new and expensive components, you expect attention to detail, appropriate tools, and a minimum level of professionalism. Unfortunately, none of this is evident here. I'm attaching the photos because they clearly show the results of the work. The images speak for themselves and convey the full extent of the care and attention to detail. A decidedly negative experience.
