Truly a terrible experience!!! I took the car in for some repairs, including the exhaust, which was rattled a bit too much due to worn rubbers. Initially, they told me they'd replaced them, but already on the day of collection I heard strange noises. The next day, I checked more closely and saw that they'd only fixed the exhaust, which was crooked, but without replacing the rubber parts. So I contacted them again, hoping it was just an oversight, but when I returned, they only fiddled around a bit and put a clamp between the exhaust rubber and the first little iron bracket they found, a bit like what you see on mechanic meme pages... (the photo speaks for itself). As for the rest of the work, unfortunately, they're not in accessible areas of the car, so I hope for the best, even if in my opinion it's a bit expensive, especially considering the quality of the work. Add to that the rudeness and constant calls for updates, otherwise they won't get in touch, nor will they show the slightest interest or empathy if you have mobility issues.

I brought my car in after it broke down during a business trip. I arrived Monday morning at opening time, and after explaining the need to leave as soon as possible, they immediately took a look at the car. Due to various issues, the job wasn't so quick and easy, but I have to thank everyone for their courtesy and kindness. They fixed the problem that afternoon, and I was able to leave with peace of mind.
