I was honestly very disappointed. I had arranged a quote over the phone, but the worker told me to email me to describe exactly what I needed, and they gave me a good quote—a good price, to be honest—but they didn't close the deal, proving to be very unreliable.
The worker, with whom I had made precise arrangements regarding the make, model, price, and confirmed quote, had suggested I call a few days in advance to have the tires installed.
When I called back, the manager told me the tires were no longer available at the agreed-upon price, but I had to pay more if I wanted them, which was very unfair for a professional. He blamed the accountant for not telling him that the tires he ordered were already reserved and therefore had sold and needed to be reordered. Honestly, that's something a customer doesn't care about in the slightest. If you approve a quote, you stick to it until the end, even if you have to reorder the product and lose out on profit. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
