Highly recommended. I had a problem on the highway and while searching online I found Bologna Tires. They immediately made themselves available with their seven repair shops in the Bologna area, allowing me to get back on the road in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended.
And the tire dealers were courteous, even to the blonde girl at reception.

I was very pleased with the tire change and alignment, which was done in 20 minutes, but as for the service I received, I was greeted by a rude and arrogant man, who was absolutely not inclined to customer service. I'm not a friend of his, I'm not a relative of his, but a customer, and that's the difference between a professional I'll return to and one I'll never go to again.
