I was paid €80 for 45 minutes of work, 30 of which were real because I had to wait for the tires on another car. When I asked why the price was so high, I was told, "It's a Mercedes, not a Panda." Too bad I don't have an SUV with giant wheels, so the waiting time is the same as a Panda. Next time, I'll go to an official Mercedes; they charge less than €80 per half hour.
In response to what the garage wrote below, I'll reply: as you pointed out in another previous review, your price is around €40 per hour, so I don't understand why I had to be treated differently, considering that a half-hour of work at €80 now equates to €150. Your labor is expensive. I also find it very nice that you charge different prices for 17-inch wheels rather than 15-inch wheels that can be removed in the same amount of time. And then, can we talk about the tire pressure sensors? The only thing you need to be careful about is not to damage them (just as it would be desirable not to damage the rim) and simply reassemble them the way they were originally found.
I also don't understand why you broke the rules by installing tires that I own. When I stopped by in December, you were installing used tires on two other cars. Do you seriously believe your customers change tires every year as a favor to you? (Given that you state on your website that you don't install tires purchased online, not that they're already owned by the customer.)
Do you really think this is my first time changing tires and that I don't know how the procedure works?
Let's face it: you saw someone with a Mercedes A-Class and thought that this person had money and it was right to fleece them.
