Report it. I brought in a car with a flat tire, they fixed it, and it went flat right away. I brought it back, and when they told me it was ready, I realized it hadn't even been moved. Moral of the story: a nail I hadn't seen twice. Plus, I realized they hadn't done the wheel alignment the previous year, so the result of a 2 is a complete waste and I risked killing myself. Reckless and thieves.
