Very professional, the work was very well done, very fast. The two young people who took care of my Polo were very welcoming. Thank you very much to them. I was able to return to France quickly thanks to them. I recommend!!

Changed 4 tires + alignment brought home after 2 days everything was vibrating, took it back to check but for them everything is fine without even seeing it, so I will have to go to another tire dealer more professional and serious than them and spend 80 euros, never ever again from Pansini

I'd been a customer for many years until one day I went to have my new car wheel aligned.
When installing the sensors on the wheels, they stripped a rim.
Instead of apologizing, GRAZIANO told me not to go there anymore, and so did I and everyone I sent. NEVER AGAIN.
IT'S NOT A MISUNDERSTANDING, OR A MACHINE, OR RECENT TIMES, BUT GRAZIANO'S BEHAVIOR, WHICH WELL REMEMBERS THE WORDS HE USED TO ME.
