Extremely kind and honest. We stopped with a flat tire and had to catch the ferry to Piombino. They fixed the problem very quickly and at a more than fair price.

This tire center has been operating in the Pistoia area for many years. It has several parking garages offering quick tire changes and assistance. They offer a wide range of products at reasonable prices and trained technicians. They also offer an MOT service. Recommended.

Competent staff, but an absolutely EXPENSIVE service.
In December 2024, I called to replace my summer tires with winter ones. The quoted price was around €40, plus a small discount due to the agreement with the company I work for. It's a small thing, but better than nothing...so I accepted and booked the replacement.
During the booking process, they asked me if I had the tires to be mounted. I confirmed that I had the tires and said goodbye.
I showed up at the scheduled date and time, and everything proceeded as agreed until payment for the service.
To my great surprise, they asked me to pay €68.
I asked for an explanation and was told that if the tires were new and not purchased from them but owned by the customer, the expected installation price would be €68!!!
When I asked for an explanation, the employee justified herself by saying that the initial installation could cause problems and they need to be protected...well, I still don't understand how...one thing, however, I have understood for sure: I will never use their service again.
Absolutely overpriced in my opinion.
