Terrible experience. I found their contact through Euromaster, as I’ve always done in Rome. I called and politely asked if I could provide the tire sizes to check availability and price. Instead, I was met with an unnecessarily rude response: ‘What do you want to know? We don’t give quotes over the phone — either you send me an email or you come here in person.’
Thank you, Riccardo, for making it perfectly clear how you treat your customers. I will certainly make sure never to set foot in your business and will share this experience accordingly.

I went to change the tires on a motorcycle. I brought the tires. Only the tire change + disposal of the old ones was €70. I think that's a really excessive price.
I won't be returning.
I was wrong not to ask the price first. P.S. I think the price was high because I brought the tires myself.

The workmanship and so much CARE meant I had a flat tire the next morning!
The care taken in the job was to leave a barcode sticker on the sidewalls of the tire, after which the air would leak out. Luckily, I made it home!
I could have hurt myself!

I'm sorry for what happened, but even though other motorcyclists recommended it to me and I don't live nearby, I won't be returning to Jolly Gomme.

I purchased a set of Pirelli winter tires from Black Circles and chose Jolly Tires as my tire service center. The work was excellent, fast and accurate! I recommend everyone to have their tire changes done there!

I had a great experience at Jollygomme and I want to thank Riccardo and especially Matteo.
Matteo demonstrated immense patience and professionalism: he took impeccable care of my tires and brake pads, and was equally competent in repairing the electronic parts.
He also handled the tire pressure sensor issue with great care and professionalism, giving me very helpful advice and recommendations.

This shop's expertise in this area is unmatched.
"Prices"?... but what are we talking about when a professional takes care of our motorcycle down to the last detail?
Especially when it comes to mounting tires, there's no price...

Beyond quantifying the service, we should understand why sometimes a professional in the sector always asks to leave the motorcycle... it's clear that working with care and attention takes time, and as everyone teaches, time is money...
