I went to this tire dealer for a wheel alignment, because I had noticed an irregular wear on the tires. Even though they were already worn incorrectly, the service was performed, and I trusted that the problem would be solved. However, after having replaced the tires at another tire dealer, I kept faith with the previous wheel alignment. Before 2000 km I had the same irregular wear; here I was told that the previous wheel alignment had not been performed correctly for my type of vehicle.
I was sorry that the first intervention had not been done with due attention, even if the staff was courteous.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this tire dealer for wheel alignment, even if perhaps they could be more prepared in other services.
1 star because if I had not noticed the problem promptly, I would now have two more tires to change.

Called at 8:00 in the morning for a convergence of my camper. Elisa answered me, very nice and professional 😁 in ten minutes they solved my problem. Thanks for great work.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience today. A last-minute appointment, or rather, a tire change without an appointment before the Christmas holidays, resulted in damage to the car.
Despite the lug nuts showing visible signs of external rust, they probably proceeded carelessly, breaking one of the bolts, which was now stuck inside the hub and preventing the wheel from being removed.
Mistakes happen, and that's not a problem, but nevertheless, I was told that the damage they caused was my problem and should be repaired elsewhere because they didn't have the time to do it.
I don't think washing their hands of the matter like this is fair, especially considering they knew I'd have to drive over 1,500 km in a couple of days to get home.
