What can I say...very kind! Helpful! Serious! And above all, honest! Qualities that are very rare these days... and very importantly, they convey so much professionalism and care in their work! I'm from Cesenatico, so it's not very close... but going a few extra kilometers at this point doesn't bother me given the great experience I had.
