I left a positive review a while ago. Today I'm withdrawing it because, yes, quality is important, of course, but customer service and politeness (and I emphasize POLITE) prevail over anything else. I'm referring solely to the owner, who deserves only one star, and I wouldn't even give him that!

A quick tire change on the company car of the San Candido-based architecture and design brand, ATELIER OF ARCHITECTURE, at Contessi Gomme on Via Faentina, in Fornace Zarattini, Ravenna. This brand of architects creates and manufactures interiors, furniture, and comprehensive building designs. It offers a personal, customizable collection. I choose Contessi because, as a driver, I have extensive experience with cars and tires, and only here do I find endless availability to accommodate my unusual requests for tire changes.

ATELIER OF ARCHITECTURE has its vehicles managed by Contessi Gomme of Ravenna, despite being based in San Candido. The architecture and design brand creates interior design and furniture contracts and offers a personal collection of furniture products. It's a tailor-made brand that makes every dream and desire of its clients come true. Today I booked a tire change with gas and a tire rotation. As always, they performed a very quick pit stop that allowed me to set off again for San Candido. Unique. Courtesy, kindness, professionalism, and speed.

He repaired the tire and changed the valve for €30.00. A few days later, the same tire went flat. The man lied and said it wasn't the same tire, saying it had crumbled, and changed the valve again for another €20.00. Two days later, the tire went flat again. We went to another tire dealer who said the tire had never been repaired! Another €20.00.
