ENGLISH:
A few kilometers after entering the highway, I hit a massive pothole that completely broke my front rim in half and bent the rear one. Both tires were destroyed. I called this workshop to ask if they could help, and Xhuliano answered – speaking perfect English. He immediately reassured us and said he would help.
It was already 4 PM and they were closing at 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, they didn’t have replacement wheels that matched mine exactly, so the only option was to replace the whole set. They didn’t have the right size at the shop, but Xhuliano asked us to wait an hour. He got in a car and came back with a full set of new wheels!
They sold them to us at a great price – 450 euros including the complete replacement service. We loaded the damaged wheels into the trunk of my station wagon without a problem. Xhuliano even drove with me to the ATM. Truly a golden person – and the whole team was amazing. I’m so glad I chose them.
I’m from Poland, and this was my honeymoon trip. Thanks to them, we were not only able to finish it but also return safely to Poland. I drove about 3000 km afterward, and everything was perfect.

A pochi chilometri dopo essere entrato in autostrada, ho preso una buca enorme che ha rotto completamente il cerchio anteriore e piegato quello posteriore. Entrambi i pneumatici erano danneggiati. Ho chiamato questa officina per chiedere aiuto e mi ha risposto Xhuliano – parlando perfettamente inglese. Ci ha subito rassicurati e ha detto che ci avrebbe aiutato.
Erano già le 16:00 e l’officina chiudeva alle 18:30. Purtroppo non avevano ruote identiche alle mie, quindi l’unica soluzione era cambiare tutte e quattro. Non avevano il formato giusto in sede, ma Xhuliano ci ha detto di aspettare un’ora. È salito in auto ed è tornato con un set di ruote nuove!
Ce le hanno vendute a un prezzo ottimo – 450 euro con il montaggio incluso. Abbiamo caricato le vecchie ruote nel bagagliaio (ho una station wagon, quindi sono entrate senza problemi). Xhuliano è anche venuto con me al bancomat. Una persona d’oro – come tutta la squadra che ci ha aiutato. Sono davvero felice di aver scelto proprio loro.
Vengo dalla Polonia, ed era il mio viaggio di nozze. Grazie a loro siamo riusciti non solo a continuare il viaggio, ma anche a tornare in sicurezza in Polonia. Dopo l’intervento ho fatto circa 3000 km e tutto è andato perfettamente.
